Flapping Moment is a situated choreography, a performance specifically addressed to one person. After a brief meeting, the performer and the spectator will equip themselves with audio headphones. In synchronous listening, they will move toward a viewpoint.
From this vantage point, a dance will emerge—both singular and collective, everyday and real, distant and intimate. Facing and within this urban landscape, the two humans will share a moment, glances, a fluttering.

This shared moment can be heard as a way to question more broadly the connections that can be woven between relationships, space, time, and proximity.
