Eyelid

In this performance, spectators are seated in the front of a previously parked car.
After a preparation with their eyes closed, they are invited to open and then close their eyelids again at the sound of an audio signal. The windshield acts as a frame, putting into perspective the urban space, the users of a neighborhood, a dancer, and the spectator’s daydreams.

This performance stems from the territorial project Danses Invisibles, developed with visual artist Marylise Navarro.
